anyone have mixed children? blk&wht?
my son is mixed with blk &wht. he is 8 weeks old and just started getting these little white dots on his chin. they arent bumps or a rash it is just little white dots. alot of my friends have mixed children and i never seen their children have them. what could it be?what do you do? i hope my son isnt going to have white patches on his face.

He should be fine and it will go away. It is a normal change. Babies melanin can increase after their birth. Don't worry this is normal and should go away. I would talk to my pediatrician about it during his next check up just to be sure.

Do they look like little zits? In the first three months, babies are slowly getting the mother's hormones out of their bodies and they may get a little acne which goes away when before they are 6 months.

I would'nt worry about his color yet it will change through out his childhood. maybe ask your Dr about it. My son is half Vietnamese and im white. He is 13 weeks and were still waiting for some color to come in. He is whiter than me now. Good luck

mention it at his next check up...without seeing a photo...it's really hard to tell. The idea that this will be permanent isn't very likely...but ask your pediatrician.
