I click on owners settings, that window comes up, stays on about 4 minutes. Then it closes and goes back to the welcome window. HELP...

Love to help Popeye the sailor man but sorry hopeless at computers...am trying to work my way around it all...don't know if my shadow or avatar even shows up...I'm technology challenged. :( LOL no help at all...:) How about get a computer wiz to help you?
