It is the same thing, same ingredients - just different names.
Lexapril or Lexapro (escitalopram)
It is indicated to treat depression and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Lexapril compares favorably to other antidepressants such as Zoloft or Effexor.

They are considered close "cousins", and are both SSRI's. I've taken both of them and prefer Lexapro; I gained less weight on Lexapro than I did on Celexa.

There is no lexapril, but there are two drugs with very similar chemical names: Celexa (citalopram) and Lexapro (escitalopram) if I've spelled those accurately. They are chemically similar, some kind of molecular difference.

There is no lexapril. Not sure where you got your info but no such drug is out there.
