Well at one of the resturants here they always sing it for people it's pretty cool and they do it while clapping the we will rock you tune (slapping legs and clapping)

But the words go like this:

I heard a rumour that on this day

Three Stooges Happy Birthday

This may sound like a crazy suggestion considering no one really listens to them anymore, but the New Kids on the Block have a pretty cute song on their "Step-by-Step" album that my sister and I used to play for each other on our birthdays. It's really sweet! That is unless you needed a birthday song for a guy.
