Is there a way for my MSN Messenger contacts to see my webcam?

I recently got a webcam, but the only people who can see it are my Yahoo IM contacts. Is there a way around this?

Let me rephrase:

I have Yahoo Messenger.

I have friends who use Windows Live, MSN Messenger, etc.

How can I get my webcam to show up on THEIR screen?

    you have to go to the tab that says tools look for where it says options click it look to where it says my webcam and check teh box.
