Lap Top Question- Black Screen?
After the battery ran all the way down, I charged it back up and the lap top seemed to load up fine. But instead of going to the log in screen, the screen just stayed black. I can still see the mouse cursor and can move it around, but I can't do anything else. Everything up to the log in screen was fine. Any idea of the problem?

Try to boot up using only the AC adapter. Are any of your lock lights flashing when the system turns on? Also try to get to the boot menu (F8) and boot to Last Known Good. If that dosen't work try getting in through safe mode off the same menu.
