I have the Sims 2 PC game. It always crashes when I play it but...?
I have the Sims 2 PC game. It always crashes when I play it. My computer SHOULD be able to run it sense it meets all the requirments and then some. Plus it doesn't over heat because it has an extra cooling fan. But the game still stops. I have exchanged the game for other copies of it, and they all do the same thing. Why?
This game works on my friends computer, and it is older and has a worse graphics card and can barely hold the game, yet it still works while mine crashes.
Can anyone help?

You may have a bad hack in your game go to ModTheSims2 and get the cleaner installer that program goes through everything you have downloaded and anything red is a hack.Or it could be you downloaded a lot that isn't compatible with your game.

Sims 2 might crash on me... because of fact I used one too many cheat codes, lol. UM I found out my lesson from that. I had greater subject concerns with Sims 2 than I did with all the 1st Sims strengthen Packs. I found out the complicated way which you won't have the ability to have Sims and Sims 2 put in on the comparable time. so as that's the only factor i might desire to think of of. Your Sims 2 might desire to be crashing for the reason which you have all the different Sim video games put in and that they are all on the comparable complicated stress. I did deploy Sims 2 on my exterior complicated stress and that keeps each little thing so as. yet even then, i've got not put in the different Sims strengthen Packs. Too petrified of dropping any progression and too petrified of game crashes and such.

You need a better Graphics card I guess...I would contact the Sims 2 company and ask them what they think you should do.
