how to dye leather chairs?
I'm wanting to dye my leather chairs, (they are a ugly pastel green color). Is this possible or do I just need to have them re-upholstered??

This is best left to the professionals. Anyone selling things on the internet for home restoration do not really understand the process. The preparation is the key and if this is not done properly the results will be terrible,

Yes it can be done it is very messy and a bit time consuming you would be better off having the dye job done by an upholsterer. You can buy leather dye at most discount department stores like Wal Mart, in the notions or arts and craft sections.. It comes in a lot of colors.. They usually sell it for dying shoes., and purses. With the green you most likely need to go darker to get a good result. Good Luck.
