Dale Earnhart Jr and DEI?

i have developed a great amount of respect the past couple of weeks for jr and i think he should leave there. i honestly think he should go with hendrick motorsports. not cause i like gordon but just becasue he would have much more success and plus u can tell he gets along with them. taking over for kyle bush after bush left early. and shaking hands with gordon after the tribute. u can tell he is behind gordon 100% with all these fans booing. jr thinks it is just stupid and should be stopped. and for that i respect him.

I think Jr need to go to RCR and Hendrick motorsports needs to leave Nascar, so a sport can be played and not always see Gordon crying his way through. Teresa is beginning to act like an a*s, and she doesn't want to have to work for the rest of her life. She wants to be able to own, and dictate DEI, and tell Jr what to do. Wrong, if she does not wake up DEI is going to go down fast. Jr is not going to put up with her crap no more. Jr could bring Jr Motorsports to Nascar or race with RCR, and I think both ideas are the best.

Simply put if he doesn't get 51% or more he is leaving they have until the end of the month to agree to his terms. And no he shouldn't have to pay for something that he is the namesake of.Teresa isn't broke she doesn't need the money she has made enough money off junior and senior to retire and never lift another finger all she has to do is give him control keep a small stake in the company and sit back and collect the checks. If she is stupid enough to not give him what he wants her decision will haunt her for the rest of her life junior is money in the bank to anybody that signs him heck he may go to rcr and end up buying it from childress in a few years. But i doubt that he will drive the # 3 i hope he does but i don't see it happening.Plus Budweiser is going to be his sponsor as long as he races so if he does race the # 3 it will be red.

Well, we all know that Sr. did build DEI to leave for his kids and I think that is why Dale Jr is wanting a steak in ownership. But I'm also beginning to think that Teresa is reluctant to give up that amount of ownership to Jr. because for her DEI is probably the little bit of physicality she has left of Big E and she fears giving it up.

I do believe that he will have better equipment if he goes to another team, personally i think he should run for Petty but RCR is the most likely option. Jr. and his sister might eventually get control of DEI, but I doubt it will be this year unless they buy Theresa out.

Dale Sr. created DEI to give turn over to his kids, and Teresa isn't allowing that. If Jr. leaves and goes to drive for someone else, like Hendrix, or RCR, I think he's gonna do alot better, especially if he doesn't have the stress to deal with.

I hope he leaves and goes to RCR. Bring back the black #3 car. It would be cool if it was the Goodwrench car also. He will get control of DEI in due time. I'm not an Earnhardt fan.

i think that DEI is causing Dale Sr. to spin in his grave. i think Dale Jr.s leaving DEI anyway. and also i would like him to drive for Rick Hendrick. but it ain't gonna happen. he will end up at RCR racing, bring back the #3, the number his dad made famous in the 80's, 90's. the GM Goodwrench Chevy must be brought back in 2008 and it should be 3 and Dale Jr. should drive it. and it must be black like it was from 1988 to 2/18/01. plus Dale Sr. would had ended up handing his son the 3 car if was still alive and retired anyway.

Hendrick doesnt have any rides open. I doubt they will fire Mears after only one year. So you have to assume Hendrick is not an option. The only Chevy options are Gibbs, or a 4th RCR car. If he leaves DEI, He will either drive the #3 for RCR, the #18 for Gibbs (if yeley struggles) or a 4th Gibbs car. I do not see him leaving Chevrolet, but who knows.

I think she is NUTS!!! Any team will make room and pay whatever it takes to get JR. He brings all the sponsorship money with him that anyone could want.

I'd like to see him get the control over DEI, as much as I hate Theresa. I think Sr. wanted to make something to pass on to his kids and I think he would have just given them DEI in time with no strings attached.
