Why isn't the caps lock capitalized?

its not fully capitalized because....

the keyboard template maker wanted the words to look professional and follow the order of First Letter Of Each Word In Caps.

it really is a superior question. it would want to be extra intuitive had it been. you could layout it and get a deisgn patent. Then even as some one else does print it that way you could sue them for the infringing on your patent for lost income. that is the yank way! see what number responces you've that like the concept.
