the first, he is less likely to be MENTAL. plus atleast he aint making u smell his socks.

I was going to say the boastful person because you could always leave, but you're in school and can't just leave, so I would...transfer schools. If that can't be done then take the vibrating smelly sock person and ask the teacher to change your seat.
