I paid $4 in the Wynn casino in Las Vegas in January. That was the highest ever and they spit out 100 dollar bills. I asked and that is pretty standard for all casinos.

I paid $2.50 in Manhattan last week in a Deli in Penn Station.

I usually pay $2.00 at a bank in Manhattan each time (Bank of America, Chase Manhattan, Citibank)

Pennsylvania has a 7-11 equivalent called WaWa (a bird). They are well known for fee-free ATMs and I use them whenever I am in that area.

Also, most banks charge an additional fee for using someone else's ATM. Currently $1.00 at Bank of America, Chase and Citibank. So, hypothetically you could be paying $3.00 everytime you withdraw cash. Some even charge you to check your balance the same $1.

    Good luck with your speech!!
