Why do people give the thumbs down to all answers?
It almost amuses me...you can look at a list of answers and see perfectly reasonable answers straight down the line get thumbs down UNTIL you get to that one person who must have just answered...they have no thumbs down. Why do people feel the need to just go down the line and give thumbs down to anyone that answered in front of them? It's totally ridiculous!

Because it's fairly anonymous. (At least once more answers have appeared.) People will often behave more dishonestly when there's no "spotlight" on them. Not ALL people do this, of course, but especially in this case when they're not really causing any *real* harm. People like to feel that they wield some power over others. It's just another way to do that.
BRING ON THE THUMBS DOWN, BABY! heh

Becuz most r just jealous that u answered better than them then others r just losers but a really logical reason is most questions asked r ones by teenagers and kids like how to get past myspace and stuff and most adults r thinking to their selves (o this kid should be doing his work not going on myspace) then they see answer and r like (this person is just motivating the kid and giving him ideas) so thats thumbs down for you =] lol
