How to Include external HTML page using FrontPage?
I need to include external web content (from a remote server) to display on my web page (preferably non-frame).
Does anyone know how to do that?.
I read about AJAX script, but the information i found says: it only works to Include external page WITHIN one host name, not a remote server.
Thx

iframe is the classic way to do it. they don't have to look like frames.
ajax only works with a page that is served from the same server as the included page. the key is 'served', it doesn't have to originate there, it can be scraped from another site, and re-'served' by the server to make it work.
it would take a bit of programming to correct the local relative links, but the scraping is a trivial 4 line perl program!
Which way do you want to go??

i exploit the two NoteTab gentle and Notepad++. they have distinctive characteristic yet basicly they are easy to apply and have "reproduction&Paste" code which cuts down on coding time spent. NotePad++ colour codes the tags so as that they are easy to edit. they are additionally the two freeware.
