why does my toolbar not appear sometimes? I can't find my bookmarks.?

I have a toolbar up but it appears I'm not signed in even when I am.

    Right click on your toolbar, then select "Lock the Toolbars" and it should not dissapear anymore. The bookmarks are next to the search box, it is a green cross, with a gold background..good luck..

    This has happened to me a couple of times. I rebooted my computer and if function properly. I do the same when my Bookmarks don't appear.
