What drink is it?

I'm curious on who and how many actually know. This is the most popular, has been around for over 500 yrs., is in almost every Country, used for health, used as a thirst quincher, uncovered and specialized by a Doctor, and is not only used as a drink.

    Beer, and it is thousands of years old. Any other answer is wrong, even if you were thinking of somethng else because what is the point of talking about drinks besides beer?
