What percentage of US Veterans are Employable and will this number decrease or increase now?

Looking for THREE Catagories:

FULLY employable

LIMITED employability

UNEMPLOYABLE.

I am a Vietnam Vet, considered UNEMPLOYABLE.

History and my experience teaches that MORE wounded Vets survived in the Korea/Vietnam era due to the advent of helicopter medivac use.

Therefore, after WWII, the ratios between EMPLOYABLE, LIMITED EMPLOYABILITY and UNEMPLOYABLE have shifted greatly, as more of the returning COMBAT veterans have sustained a level of wound that would have caused a fatality in the past.

Also, we now look for signs of PTSD sooner so more affected individuals enter treatment AND receive compensation, The Homeless Veteran population has expanded and advances in medical care and the work force (plus federal law) have also improved the chances that a seriously wounded veteran might be able to hold down some form of work, even at a limited level.

Your SPECIFIC answers, your GENERAL thoughts AND YOUR LACK OF POLITICAL RHETORIC will determine best answer.

Since I'm from a military family I have some insight on this subject-about half of our returning troops will be limited as far as employment goes-1/4 fully employable and the other 1/4 unemployable. Some of our troops had careers before deployment but unfortunately will not be able to return to those careers. It's really a sad time in our Country. As you can see I've covered all three categories. The numbers are increasing as we speak.
