I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but knitty might have a pattern for you.  Go to http://www.knitty.com/, and click on the link at the top of the page that says "archives".  You can search for anything that you want there, they have tons of great free pattens!

I guess I'm confused as to what you mean by "no full sleeves"... do you mean no sleeves like a vest? or short sleeve? Also, is this to be knit or crocheted?

what your probably looking for are sleeves that are 3/4 sleeves, these go at about the elbow.  i think that lion brand has a few of the patterns your looking for.
