tickets for a concert i bought on ticketmaster.com
the MCR concert i was going to was cancelled (NOOOO!!!!!) and it said to refund tickets at point of purchase. Well, I bought them on ticketmaster, so how do i return them?

"In the unlikely event that your show is cancelled or rescheduled please do not worry. Using the contact details you gave us at point of sale Ticketmaster will make best endeavours to contact all affected customers through either written (including email) or phone (including SMS) contact. This may be in the form of a letter / postcard or an automated phone message*. In the majority of cases, the details will also be available through the help desk on our website."
