Benefits of regularly drinking Oolong Green Tea?
Anyone ever tried it and found it to be helpful healthwise?
According to what I have read, it is supposed to reduce high blood pressure, lower cholesteral levels and help maintain a healthy body weight.
If you have tried it over a fairly regular period of time, did you find it beneficial?

Firstly, it's either Oolong tea or Green tea. They aren't the same. Oolong is black tea. Green tea is a green tea. Oolong has more caffeine compared to green tea. Green tea is more antioxidising.
I prefer Green tea as it's less drying compared to black teas and it really helps when you have oily food.
