I REALLY need a break... help! How to make someone stop loving you?

I'm not sure exactly what is happening, but it all sounds very normal for a young person. Love almost always throws people in a rut. There is only so much you can do to control people's actions. The first step is always to look inside, figure out how you feel, figure out why you feel that way, and figure out what things you can do about it. Writing in a diary helps. Even if it's just venting about how you feel, eventually, you'll be suprised how many good ideas you get from your own self discovery. Talk to people who have more dating experience than yourself. Try to keep a level head. But don't be afraid to do things that might embarass you a little - everyone is a fool when it comes to love.

the greatest thing in life is to love and be loved in return. it sounds like you love this guy but you are afraid of what your friends might think. you need to get your friends in check and tell them that you really care for this guy. there is no way to make someone stop loving you. once they have given you their heart there's no giving it back. they might move on but if they truely loved you they would always have that love for you in their heart.
