C, D,B, with the others there are ways of getting the medication in orally, but B the patient is uncon. so pouring oral meds in can cause choking, C the client has a NG tube this is sucking the contents out of the stomach and they are always NPO which brings us to D NPO means nothing by mouth.

I'd say all but F, and possibly E
a. If they won't cooperate, you won't physically be able to get it into them
b. Risk of aspiration
c. Drug will be sucked out through the NGT
d. NPO means nothing by mouth. (However, if it's pre-op, we usually allow meds with a sip of water.)
e. Physically difficult to get the oral meds in. I guess it's not a contraindication if you have an NGT or PEG in place, or have some other method of getting oral medication into the patient.

I would say a, b, c, d, & e - I don't think f applies - they can still take the med without tasting it
