About S-video and laptop TV?

Ok this was the setup : 1 computer connected to 1 TV. A cable would go from s-video on an Nvidia graphics board to the SCART on the TV. Image was black&white. I found an option on device properties something like "composite video" i torned it on (after days of searching ofcourse" and it worked beautifully. New Setup different TV, laptop with s-video but the graphics board is now an Intel 82852/82855 GM/GE. Image is still black and white and i cant find that composite video option anywhere. I have searched and downloaded the latest drivers and still no luck. I can sat all sorts of PAL's but nothing worked. My Question is: Can i see colors by changing the cable, and what cable do i need? And, is there another software that can do this translation for me that doesn't depend on an nvidia chip set?
