Can a person be "half scared to death", twice?

    yes he can, but then he would be dead.

    For sure : once the counter of "half-scared to death" is resetted to zero, he can be scared a second time.

    Now, I don't know what happen if the counter is not resetted before. Death maybe ?

    yes. because after they've been scared half to death once they only have half left and then they're scared again and they lose half of that so they have a fourth of the original amount. :)

    yes, even more then that, ive been 1/2 scared to death about 3 times, maybe 4

    Yes. Half once, then the feeling goes away. And it fills up again another time.

    depends on how young/old they are.

    But tests have proven that getting a scare does shorten your life.
