What are the Rules about transfering to another school?

Can a person transfer to another school , out of state in the last month?

Update:

If I move to another state, and there is only 1 month of school left, will there be any complications, for my child, as far as test go? or are there any rules that you cannot transfer in the last month for the school year?

There are not any rules that I know of. However, for the sake of your child, you should try to let him/her stay where they are for the moment. I would imagine that most states are finished with the NCLB testing. Depending upon what state you are going to, school could almost be out. We only have two weeks and two days left. I guess just talk to the school administrator of where you are moving to.
