Schengen Visa application (problem about passport)?

I am a chinese student studying in sydney and i want to travel in germany in the July but my visa here will expire on 1st, Oct 2007. Any one know that if i am qualified for applying the schengen visa or not?thx!

    At the time of the issuance of the Schengen visa, your passport ought to be valid for at least 6 months commencing on the date of arrival at your country of destination. If you'd be Germany in July, your passport should expire end of January 2008. Check the expiration of your passport - it should be different from the visa expiration date 10/01/07(which concerns only your stay in Sydney).

    You need to have a minimum of six months validity of your Australian residence permit/ visa for applying for a Schengen visa. Suggest you get the Aussie visa renewed first before applying for a Schengen.

    Your money is gone. In 4 or 5 months the people who took it will be gone too. They'll open another web site under a new name in order to rip more people off.

    they would never let you in if you passport expired lol
