I need more power for my car? Anything else I can add besides a turbo or supercharger kit?

You can add 15-25% of power to your Vibe with a few relatively inexpensive after market add ons.

1. Cold air/low restriction intake. $125-200.

2. Freeflow exhaust. $250-$400.

3. Performance Chip. $250-500.

All of these modifications cost less than a turbo/super charger and have a significant boost in performance.

theres always the option of buyind a high performance chip for it. if it were mine and i was trying to get more out of the car and not spend to much money i would start with the exhaust. a better flowing exhaust can make a big difference in power. a better set of exhaust manifolds would definatly help, maybe a larger exhaust with less turns in it if it possible. an aftermarket muffler that is more free flowing. it's illegal but u could always get rid of ur catiletic converter. a better air filter system is always an option. you could put a better intake on it but that isn't all that cheap exspecially if you arent going to do the work yourself. think of it this way, your cars motor is like a big vacumm in a way, the more air u can bring in and the easier it can get rid of the exhaust the better it will run!!! good luck

there are two good ways to free up horsepower, free up the air coming in which is the intake, and free up the air flowing out which is the exhaust. or you can get the msd ignition. pretty cheap the k&n air filter setup is about 40-50 dollars and the exuast is about 300-400 from the manifold back.

Start with the Intake and Exhaust. If you need more power after that then upgrade to a turbo.

Cold air intake, and a full after market exhaust.

some mufflers can increse the acceleration and top speed a bit if professionaly put on, a mate of mine got the muffler off ebay for $43 and got it put on for jus $60 and it has helped his car get a bit more power.

Get a racing Muffler

install a superfarter kit... it accumulates your fart into a canister.. then when its time to zoom zoom,, just press the button and off you go...
