That would be Dennis Rodman no doubt. He wasn't great to look at before, but he did NOT help himself by tatooing himself all over, and piercing himself here and there...

At least his choices of hair color brightened things up a bit. But that was about it. His rebounding ability was MORE impressive than ANYTHING ELSE HE EVER DID though. Give him credit for that.

Until recently I'd agree and would have said Rodman. But have you seen Cherokee Parks since he retired? Even current players like Iverson and Matt Barnes from Golden State have more tats, they just aren't as profiled for them.
