Why do I feel guity about my kid selling stuff for school?
It seems every month, I have to sell something (cookie dough, greeting cards, card bars, candles) for the school PTO. My child will get a prize or recognition for selling so much, but with a NO SELLING policy at my work, my network of church parents doing the same thing and all my neighbors already being hit by other kids, We do not have good sells. I hate that my kid goes back to school with 1 order from us, or even if that. Why such the competion and Why so much all the time. I feel guity that I can't help her more. How do I get over this or how can we get out of this salesman for the school routine?

I feel the same way about school and girlscouts. Girlscouts used to just sell cookies. Now they sell magazines, and etc and they HAVE to meet the goal or they don't even get their badge for trying!
Her school, yes it is irritating but her school found a way to help cut down on making the kids sell stuff and I like it. We do spagetti feeds. It is a family event and makes more money than magazine sales and etc. did. Maybe bring up an idea like that at the next meeting!.
Good luck!

Usually it is optional if your child is involved in the fundraiser. You don't have to involved. When I was a kid I rarely ever was, and it didn't matter to me. No reason to feel guilty.
