Well, it depends on HOW you lose it. If you lose it really quick, you might just end up gaining it back fast. Or, if you diet(RIGHT) and exercise and overtime you lose it, it will just make you feel better and you most likely will not gain it quickly.

Or, if you become anorexic/bulimic, of course that will mess up your body. (Please don't!!!) . But the thing is, the less you eat the more your metabolism slows down. So if you stop eating or limit yourself by a lot, and you start eating a lot, or your normal amount, you will most likely gain the weight back.

Well, men and women at the Biggest Loser are wasting 10-15 lbs per week and just do quality. People with gastric skip lose practically that rapid and that is the complete factor of the surgical procedure. That's why I picked the Kimkins Diet for the reason that you lose relatively rapid and it does not price very so much. Losing sluggish does not aid. People become a member of Weight Watchers and that is sluggish and so they regain their weight always. How many men and women have you learnt that experience performed WW, Jenny Craig and the others however achieve the burden again? Losing sluggish is not the reply. I'd as a substitute lose rapid and be influenced by way of shopping new garments each and every couple of weeks! Check out the web page, see for your self.
