My 82 yr. old father is having trouble with his H/AC unit and can not get any help. He wants to speak with a rep from the main company. (not a dealer) Anyone know how to reach them??

Or (931) 359-3511 is the customer support line of Heil's parent company, International Comfort Products. (800) 458-6650 is the number for their administrative offices.
