Can I send a picture to my phone from the internet to use as a wallpaper?

You can send it in a Multimedia message or via Email if your phone has it. Also, which is what I do, if your phone has bluetooth you can buy a Bluetooth dongle for about £7 that you put in your computer like a memory stick and it gives your computer bluetooth. You can then send as much to your phone as you likeand it also works the other way aswell so you could send stuff from your phone to your PC
