What is better, Bilingual Ed, Dual, Inmersion or ESL for students who don't speak English?
I believe Dual is the best and Bilingual is good when applied correctly. Inmersion would only work in very small groups.
My concern with ESL and Inmersion is how students are going to learn if they have a lot of classmates English speakers only , who are struggling themselves in their own language.

Well, you don't mention the age of the students. It's of outmost importance the developmental stage of the student at the time he is being educated in a ESL atmosphere. With the correct age a better assesment can be made.
