Sign in gmail. Click My Services at the top of the page and then select Edit services, select the service u want to delete or entire the whole account, then click Delete/OK and follow the instructions.

Just don't use it for long enough, and they'll delete it. From the help section on Gmail, you can: -
Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page.
Open the Accounts tab.
Click Google Account settings.
Click Edit next to My services on the right side.
Click Delete Gmail Service.
