Where could I get some appropriate "Virginia Reel" type music.?

As part of a sort of "re-enactment" by a large group of teenagers of 1800's American pioneer westward trecks, we want to have an evening of music and dancing. I had thought we might dance the Virginia Reel. How could I locate musicians in North Mississippi who could play for us? If that doesn't work, what CD could you recommend to play some good Virginia Reel music to dance to?

http://www.fionasplace.net/Irishmusic.html you can listen to some Reel files and maybe take you where you want to go.

Honey, look up almost anything written by Cole Porter. ( Wikipedia) His music was on top in the '30's and '40's and is considered so to this day. Begin the Beguine, You're the Top, My Heart Belongs to Daddy, I Love Paris, So in Love are only a few. The words and the tunes ( to me) are both lovely and unforgettable. Before TV, theywere all over the radio daily. But each generation has it favorites, and I would not try to persuade young people any differently.
