I have an interview soon at a call center as a customer service rep. and I was just wondering if i could get you all to give me some pointers, stories, or bad things to do before/during/after the interview :) thank you all!

Know a little about the company, ask questions that you are truely concerned about and be yourself. Getting a job at a call center shouldn´t be very difficult...so relax they need you as much or more than you need the job.

be yourself, show them that you really care about customers, show them your willingness to help customers, be 100% confident about yourself... good luck!
