Since everyone else answered the first two, this is the third one in Tagalog.
"Kumusta, Ako si Carlos. Ikinagagalak kong makilala ka."
(Hello + I + am + Carlos. Delighted + my + meeting + you)
There isn't exactly a hello in Tagalog so we use Kumusta which also doubles as how are you, the only different is in the intonation as how are you is a question.

Dutch:
Hallo, ik ben Carlos, leuk je te zien.
It is not literal, but all literal translations for 'nice to meet you' are really formal. The Dutch do tend not to use a phrase like that.
But all Dutch will understand the English version, meaning as well as literal translation, (even if they so not speak English,) because of the amount of English on TV and radio.
