What are some suggestions for jobs you can think of for someone interested in Travel and Tourism?
I'm planning to do a Diploma of Tourism Management and am interested to hear unusual positions or jobs to gain experience. I know of the common jobs like ticket sales, travel agents, tour guides. Anything you've experienced when travelling or touristing that would be an amazing job?

I worked in the hotel bussiness for over 6 years and the things I saw could fill a book. The people I met were great and had a lot of regular customers that got to be great friends. Good luck and have fun. It could be a lot of work but as long as you like it it is well worth it.

working at a resort. Working as a cruise director. Working for a magazine related to travel. But I think you could get the most out of an upper level position at a resort or for a cruise line.
