Why does Yahoo messenger freeze up when I try to start my web cam?
I have reinstalled Messenger, but still freezes up when I start web cam. I have no other programs running at the time. The cam runs fine without messenger.
Additional info - I have DSL and it is very fast. I also have lots of memory. The cam works fine until I try to open it in messenger. I also noticed that Yahoo support will fix web cam problems for $29.95 for 3 days of support. Maybe that is why it doesn't work - they want to fix it themselves for $30.

It's because of your slow internet speed or improper camera settings,slow processor speed,inadequate physical memory or RAM or lack of display (VGA) memory.
