i want to make new friends who can speak english or german.?

.I love travelling and have always been interested in other cultures. Actually I'm from korea. but I live in singapore now.

I 've lived in singapore for 5 months. So I' m lonely and boring. I studied german but it is not good. I want to make many good friends

So,hopefully someone here can help me out! :)
