Take a puff off the cig but don't inhale (hold it in your mouth) and then take a swig of beer and then swallow both at the same time.

I just tried it, and could not do it, the tip of my cigarette kept getting saturated with beer. I think it may have been a camera trick.

well, you could do it if you had one of those holes in your neck. you could smoke through that and drink with your mouth

idk if u could do it wit your mouth but u coulod smoke through your nose maybe lol
