I assume George Martin, their producer, who I think is on the back cover of "revolver" with them; but it might be Stu Sutcliffe on their first album -- if you don't consider him a Beatle post factum.

I thought the cover for the Sgt Pepper album was the first to not just include The Beatles, but I could be wrong.
