with the exception of great mechanics? well that's basically how they do it....great mechanics. but otherwise they hit the ball with the meat of the bat [great contact] so it travels a long ways!

E. there is the tale from the Fifties whilst a reporter asked Ty Cobb how he could do in the in demand sport. Cobb spoke back he could bat approximately .250. The reporter asked if that advance into via fact pitchers are plenty extra constructive than they have been in his day. Cobb spoke back, no this is via fact i'm seventy 5. yet i comprehend the actual reason you're asking. If there have been a thank you to convey those adult adult males returned to their top, the Yankees could sign them, surprisingly Johnson and Koufax. Burnett and Vazquez could be on waivers so speedy their heads could spin.

Almost all of them have great mechanics. In some cases you see guys smash the ball with bad fundamentals, but alot of those guys are freaks and are strong. So there athletic ability makes up for it. But your lower half is where your power comes from. Fireing your hips to contact is where its at.

well they are adults so they are stronger and they also train for hours a dat and years and years. good mechanics is the main reason though. one of the varsity players at my school is 5'8" and 145 pounds and he hit a 375 foot home run. its all about mechanics and leg power

Steroids....lol joking
Lifting weights to bulk up. Smooth, level swings along with bat speed is a lethal combination when contact is made.

bat speed and good contact between ball and sweet spot of the bat. which boils down to hand-eye coordination and mechanics.

-Strength
-Waiting for the right pitch(Curveballs go farther than fastballs when they are hit)
-Hitting with the sweet spot of the bat
-The bat itself(weight + length)
-Depends on how fast the pitcher pitches it as well.
