normal blood test for hameogloubin??
The normal reading for this is supposed to be 135 and i got my test back as being 126, the doctor said i am not making enough blood and the chemist girl said i just need to eat more spinach, broccoli and red meat and i will be alright?
Have just been sick for about a week with food poisoning or a bad virus prior to the blood test.
Am just worried as i suffer from panic attacks and anxiety can someone give me a possitive answer? so i dont worry so much thankyou

if the normal is 135 and you are 126, you are not too abnormal. that is why they suggested some dietary changes - you should be fine - maybe get yourself a vitamin with iron.

No just eat your leafy green vegetables. You will be fine.
