Penelope Cruz is from Spain and mostly speaks Spanish so you should probaly speak to her in a language where you both can talk to eachother without one person being left out of the conversation because of a language.

cut out a picture of her and tape it to a wall...... then talk. She probably wont say much for awhile, cause I hear shes pretty shy....... but, invite some friends over and let her warm up to everyone and see how you interact in a social setting. She should be talking soon after that......
