Why did New York say such horrible things about Tango's mom?

I think you're probably on the right track. I watched the season all the way through (guilty pleasure) and I think that shes been brought up as spoinled and thinks that shes too hot for anyone to possibly get mad at her. Her mother makes her believe that shes the only one that matters, and seemingly, that other people don't have feelings. At first, I was so angry that Tango left her, but then I started rationalizing and realized, good for him. So those are my thoughts I guess :)

planning on watching season 2?

I watched a little the other day by mistake and it showed the part where he starts telling her off. It was pretty disgraceful. If I was her, she should have kept her mouth shut, there was no need to talk about anyone's mother like that. Especially on TV.

Because New York is Horrible

That is just the type of Girl New York is...she is obviously insecure and derives her since of self worth by putting other people down.

Because she don't have no respect for her self at all and her mother is so dam ulgy that's why she is very lonely.
