What day in September did the SF Giants clinch the NL West?

Um, what year? The Giants have won the NL West in 1971, 1987, 1989, 1997, 2000, and 2003.
1971: September 30 (last day of season)
1987: September 28
1989: September 27
1997: September 27
2000: September 21
2003: September 17
