How to mount a German license plate on front bumper of 328i?

I ordered a german license plate and a frame to put on the front of my BMW 328i. The problem is I don't know how to mount it w/o drilling holes in the bumper. I found something called "mounting magnets" that can be screwed into but I don't know if they would hold the tag in place or not. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Just buy a 3M double tape and tape it behind the license frame and mount it on the bumper. It will never fall off unless you hit it somewhere.

    go to bavauto.com

    search for plate.

Go throught he results and you will find what you need.

They have the brackets which you switch on on your car in order to install the new plates. Takes all of 10 minutes to do and it fully reverseable.

If you have an e36 328i (96-99) you will need....

If you're in the states I wouldn't ruin your nice car to put on a plate. I had a '99 Sebring & it had no mount for the front plate. When I was pulled over by a police officer I politely explained my car did not have a front mount & he did not ticket me. Good luck!

It matters on how much you want to spend. I believe you can buy a bumper that accepts the new tag. I have been looking at one for my '04 330xi. cost $1250 us dollars

Use bolts. Or use silicone seal, if you want to take it off later.
