How do I make two invitations using one sheet of paper and make them look identical?

I'm using Microsoft Works. I've tried columns and they are still not identical on each side. Am I making any sense?

With Works' word processor it'd probably be easiest to just create text box that's the size of the half page. Do what you need to do in the box. Then cut and paste another one next to it.

    Make two columns

Design the invitation on the left side

    Copy the entire left invitation

Move the insertion point to the top of the second column (click Insert> Break> Column)

Paste the clipboard contents to the column

    That should work...

Create a table to divide into the sections that you want (I'm assuming that you're folding invitations in half, so that would be 4 sections).

Don't account for page margins in your table, make it fill the entire 8.5 X 11" page.

Use print preview to make sure you didn't run over any page margins and that all of your text will print. If it tells you that some of your page is outside of the margin, but it still looks ok in print preview, that should be fine.

    Good luck!

Not familiar with Works. But try highlighting it and dragging, or copy and paste.
