Tough call - I think alot of people are mentioning Jalapeno because it is a fairly hot one with alot of meat.
The tepin and scotch bonnet probably have more capsacin (hot matter), but they have less flesh to the actual pepper.

The Scotch Bonnet and Habanero are both tops on the Scoville scale. I am unfamilliar with the other pepper that people found on Wikipedia. I do know that the Habanero and 'Bonnet are over 800,000 Scoville units. Milk, sugar and bread will lessen the burn.
